These elements are applied on surface of diamond and CBN to improve the holing ability, reduce thermal shock and protect diamond, CBN from oxidation or graphitization and to prolong the tool life.
Used for wet/dry grinding products by resin bond. Deposit metal on diamond surface by oxidation-reduction reaction and form compact and even Nickel coated layer.
